Chimney Pipe

Approved for use with wood, oil, coal or gas. O.D. is 2" larger than I.D. UL Listed. 2" clearance to combustibles. Stainless steel inner and outer construction.

Elbow Kits

Kit includes 2 elbows and 1 elbow strap. Use to offset around obstructions such as rafters, ridges, poles or joists. 5", 6", 7" & 8" may have two pairs of elbows if needed. Swivel feature allows 360° rotation for ease of installation.

Tee with Cap

Used to start chimneys indoors (inside a chase) or outdoors. Wall straps, a wall thimble and a tee support must be installed with the tee as directed.

Adjustable Tee Support Bracket

Use as wall support for tee and chimney 5" - 8" sizes support up to 60' of Duratech chimney. Attaches to pipe above or below tee. Adjustable base provides 2" - 6" clearance to wall. Galvalume construction.

Chimney Cap

Stainless steel construction. Designed to twist lock onto the chimney pipe. Spark arrestor screen included. 5 year warranty.

Round Ceiling Support Box

Supports up to 60' of DuraTech chimney. Painted black with built in twist lock connector. Trim collars are not included.

Trim Collars For Round Ceiling Support Box

Conceals the gap between the support box and the ceiling. Painted black (select round or square).

Square Ceiling Support Box

Suitable for both flat and cathedral (A-frame) applications. Also can be used in short attic spaces. Painted black, a 2" trim collar is included. Supports up to 60' of DuraTech chimney.

Flat Ceiling Support Box

For use with flat ceilings only. Supports up to 60' of DuraTech chimney. Not painted, but can be painted with high temperature paint. 1" wide trim is included.

Roof Support

Designed to support DuraTech chimney. Allows chimney to pass through the roof and extend down from ceiling. Ideal for cathedral ceilings and free standing fireplaces. Adjustable to different roof pitches. Supports max total chimney length of 445' & 20' chimney below roof support.

Roof Support Trim Collar

Conceals gap between chimney pipe and ceiling. Galvalume painted black.

Wall Thimble

Must be installed with DuraTech chimney pipe horizontally through the wall sufficient in length to extend from the tee 6" into the room form the interior wall. Adjusts from a minimum of 4" to a max. of 10". To accommodate thicker walls, the telescoping pieces can be separated, and a field-fabricated extension installed.

Finishing Collar

Fits over the end of the chimney pipe to provide a decorative finished appearance. Use on chimney pipe that is suspended with a roof support system or on pipe passing through a wall thimble.

Firestop Radiation Shield

Centers chimney pipe and provides proper clearance. Install where a chimney passes through a floor or ceiling without a support box. Fits on the underside of ceiling, and adjusts to cover wide framing.

Attic Insulation Shield

Required for installations that pass through an attic to prevent insulation and debris from accumulating near the chimney.

Firestop

Use only with roof supported chimney installations. May be used at ceiling above appliance provided chimney extends 3" below ceiling and chimney is not enclosed in a chase. Do not use in place of Firestop radiation shield.

Elbow Strap

Supports the weight of the chimney in offset installations. Use 2 elbow straps if there are 2 sections of chimney between the offsets.

Adjustable Wall Strap

Use in interior or exterior installations to support and stabilize the chimney. Assures a 2" to 6" clearance to combustible walls. Required every 8 feet.

Anchor Plate

Use as a base plate for attaching DuraTech chimney to masonry or zero clearance fireplaces. Check with zero clearance fireplace manufacturer to ensure that it is an approved installation method.

Extended Roof Bracket

Use to support the chimney when it extends more than 5' above e the roof. Mounting brackets and adjustable (67" - 114") tubing included.

Adjustable Roof Flashings

Select the proper roof flashing based on the pitch of the roof. Made of aluminum.

Flat Roof Flashings

Comes in 6" and 8" flat roof flashing. Made of aluminum.

Storm Collars

Slips around the pipe just above the flashing. Seal inner edge of the collar to the chimney pipe with non-hardening 500° high temperature silicone sealant.

Locking Band

Available for extra security at pipe, elbow and tee joints. Optional.

Snap-Lock Adapter

Snaps into the ceiling support box or finishing collar and extends down to fit inside most stovepipe for a secure, drip-free connection to DuraTech chimney.

DVL Double-Wall Black Pipe

For installation with min. clearance to combustibles (6" to walls, 8" to ceilings). Stainless steel inner wall for long-lasting performance and safety. For mobile home installation, follow the appliance manufacturer's installation instructions. UL Listed. 25 Year Warranty. O.D. is 1" larger than I.D. Deduct 3/4" at each joint for installed length.

DVL Double-Wall Adjustable Black Pipe

To achieve pipe length requirements not attainable with fixed lengths of DVL. There is approx. 3" of adjustment on the 6" length and 7" of adjustment on the 12" length of pipe. All pieces must have minimum 1" overlap with all connecting pipe. Can be ovalized for oval-to-round appliance connector.

DVL Telescoping Length

Allows one-piece installation from stove to ceiling support box or finishing collar. Easy to install. No cutting required. Available in 29" - 48" or 48" - 68".

DVL Double-Wall Black 45° Elbow

Offsets obstructions as needed. Elbow is not adjustable. Offset chart available.

DVL Double-Wall Black 90° Elbow

Angles DVL pipe towards the chimney's thimble or the appliance flue outlet. Elbow is not adjustable. Offset chart available.

DVL Double-Wall Black Tee w/Clean-Out Cap

Tee is for use with rear exit appliances.

DVL/DuraBlack Chimney Adapter

Allows for a connection from double-wall DVL to DuraTech.

DVL Oval-To-Round Adapter

Use on appliances with oval flue collars to adapt to round pipe.

DVL Adapter/Damper Section

Connects DVL pipe to the appliance flue outlet. The damper is optional. Use as a stove adapter.

DVL Increaser

Use to increase from a smaller appliance flue outlet to larger diameter chimney. Use with a DVL close clearance adapter when connecting to support box. Stock #8860 is designed to fit on the last upper most section of DVL pipe.

18" Clearance to combustibles. Deduct 1 1/4" for installed length. 5 Year Warranty.

DuraBlack Slip Connector

Connects DuraBlack pipe to ceiling support box or finishing collar. Allow 10° (14" total length) of adjustment for an easy drip-free installation without cutting the pipe.

DuraBlack 45° Elbow

Offsets DuraBlack stovepipe. Elbow is not adjustable. Offset chart available.

DuraBlack Tee With Clean-Out Cap

Adapts appliance flue outlets from the size specified to 3/8" smaller inside diameter. Outer wall covers appliance connector.

Suitable for appliance flue outlets from the size specified to 1/8" smaller inside diameter.

DuraBlack Trim Collar

Trim Collar covers hole in a wall where the connector pipe enters chimney. Outside diameter 3" larger than inside diameter.
